we finally managed to drag them up the fire escape, which I had to hear Marcus complain about the entire way, and settled them into his room. Geez were they heavy!!

We set the ones in the blue and orange bandana on his bed, which was thankfully big enough, and the red and purple ones on each side. I wasn't a doctor, but my mom is a retired nurse, so I did know a little bit of medical knowlage.

"Marcus, get me some warm water, alchohol and a cloth," I ordered, unusually serious. I could at least clean their cuts.

Marcus grumbled but went nonetheless, muttering more nonesense abot them harvesting my brain and some other crap.

I took this chance to look them over. They were definatly not in costume... It was amazing how humanoid they were...

I took the swords ("katana" I corrected myself) that had came with the one in the blue bandana and unshethed it a bit, and marveled at it.

I was so caught up in seeing a real one, I didn't notice the movement behind me. Before I could react, the coolness of a sharp blade was pressed against my neck.

"If you were smart, ya'd drop that sword, girlie...."

I'm gonna bring in one of my characters ok? This looks like fun! Read my bio in the character info area to know her better. But her name's Katniss (which is my real name but I got it changed to Samantha a few years ago, Katniss was weirding everyone out). She's 17, mutant and..just read the bio, it'll be easier for y'all!

There was a soft click from behind Raph and a split second later he found himself lying on the floor, his arms pinned behind his back.
"So, you're the ones the Foot were coming to collect, eh?" A voice asked from above him. Raph tried to wiggle out of the person's grip as Megan gasped.
"Katniss? What...how...?!"

The turtle squirmed under me, trying to break loose.
"Hold still, will ya?! I'm not gonna hurt ya, unless you've hurt Meg here, cause then I'll cream ya. I'm just curious, ya know? After all, if ya knock out a Foot and nick their walkie-talkie, ya can hear some pretty interesting stuff, so I know how they 'kicked your rears' but I saw them run like rabbits on steroids when some friends of mine brought along a fake cop car to scare 'em with, so don't push your luck, or you'll think they got off lucky, which they actually did..." I warned, but I looked up when I heard someone...or rather, something, moan and sit up on the other side of the room.
"Shell, my head hurts..."
Oh, great...
"GET OFF'A ME!!!"

I blinked a few times at the orange-banded turtle before there was a small click in my brain. Before I could register what it meant, however, the door opened.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!"
I jumped about 3 feet in the air and landed near the window closest to the fire escape.
"Marcus, take a chill-"
"I told you!!" Marcus yelled, dropping the bowl he was carrying and pointing at all of us scattered around the room. "I TOLD you!! They're gonna kill us and harvest our brains!! Or eat us! Or SOMETHING!!"
I groaned as the red-banded turtle climbed to his feet. "Shell, he screams worse th'n Mikey." He growled. There was another click in my head and I stared at the turtle before me. I'm having the weirdest dream ever...they're the...oh shoot, how'd I get HERE?! Hey, whoever put me here? WRONG PARALLEL UNIVERSE!!
Megan grabbed the Bo staff that was laying next to the purple-banded turtle and whacked Marcus on the head. "WILL YOU SHUT UP?! Dear Lord, you're worse than a girl!!"
I laughed quietly to myself before I noticed that the other two turtles had woken up and were watching us carefully. "Uh, Meg? Company's awake and looking anxious to move." I said as the blue-masked turtle reached for the swords on his back.

The sight of Marcus scared out of his wits tickled me, and I began to laugh quietly.
"Don't worry Marcus, Leo's only like that when he's protecting his family, or worried about 'em-" I froze as a tingling sensation began to build uncomfortably in my skull.
"OW!!" The force of the feeling sent me to my knees, my hands tightly holding my head.
"No-no-no-no-please go away, whatever you are!!" I moaned but I gasped as images and voices began running through my mind's eye.
'Very good, my son...'
'Leo? I think Mikey blew up something in my lab...'
'Sorry Leo! Didn't see you there...'
'Ya always think yer better th'n us, don't ya, Fearless...'
'You're welcome, Leonardo-san...'
'Leo! What happened?!...'
