I tried to send a comment on his channel about that, but it seems that he has
blocked me.... I- I just HAVE to answer this! Even right here at the forum!!

Well, first I thought that he blocked me because I couldn't send that message *points up*

We can say that there was something good on this day:

1) he said that he won't do it again and he will remove the vids (he said that to me months ago, but at least we know now that he feels unprotected)

2) we made new friends during this all, and we saw how many people actually cared about this matter and was/is willing to fight against him Big grin

Oh, this thread isn't up to date. My precious channel has been deleted...because of flaggers I guess.
So I have no intention of flag other users for stealing my clips.
Though it's still shit (the traitor's name is Fusssl), I'm not angry about it anymore. So I will close this thread.

Please, user TMNTuniverse is download episodes directly from my YouTube channel (XxTMNTuploaderxX), and than uploading them as his/her own episodes.

It would be OK if he downloaded episodes from the links I have in description, but downloading episodes straight from my channel - that's unbelievable.

How do I know? All the episodes that he had since I joined YouTube were in the same quality as mine, and they have the same time where the episode is separated in two parts. And I mean it - ALL of them.

Please, let's do something and stop him! And on top of that, he/she acts like that account is turltes'. He keeps telling me, "It's us, turtles" <_<

He writes that he wanted to look at my time, so that he makes the same episode. I did a video-montage on one episode, it was a trap. Ke told he did downlaod only THAT episode form my channel. What a jerk >_> I'm gonna kill hhhiiiimmm!!! Evil

I'd totally do it. Though which one should I pick when reporting the videos? Because it's technically not MY copyright he's infringing. I took a look, and reported one, but.... will my channel be forfeit for 'falsely reporting' as they put it?

Or should I just start messaging the person to take them down?

You can just choose the option "Infringes My Copyrights", even if it isn't YOURS copyright. Nothing's gonna happen to your Youtube channel Wink
