Technically, in TMNT FF, Mikey went to a mobile museum that was 21st century themed, and saw himself ON a comic wtih the Justice Force as the Turtle Titan...

But, I could also see a comic about him and his brothers come out or something and him reading and collecting the comic series Mike .

Sounds cool, but I think it would ruin the series. They're not supposed to know about us, they already narrate the beginning of episodes. I think it would be a cool situation on a mini-episode rather then ON an actual episode.
