Chapter 5

"This is Venus," Mikey put his arm around Leo, "Venus, say hi."
"Hi," Leo muttered darkly.
"Where the shell did you find her?" Raph rubbed his eyes, "She's HOT!"
"The utroms found me, and they raised me," Leo lied.
"We met a while back, didn't we?" Mikey grinned, "But... You know sensai. He's not for relationships."
"I'm Don," Don smiled at Leo, "Your name is so... amazing."
"It's short for Venus de Milo," Leonardo explained in his slightly high voice.
"I wish the utroms told us about you earlier," Raph grinned, "Then we could have met you sooner."
"Would have been swell," Leo replied, "Really."
"Venus, tell us about yourself," Raph stared at her, lovingly.
"I'm 15, I like to train, play video games..." Leo nodded, "And be with my... boyfriend."
"I play video games all the time," Don grabbed Leo's hand, "Wanna see my skills?"
"Yeah, I do too," Raph sat next to her on the sofa, "Lets play."
Mikey watched. To his surprise, Leonardo was unbelievably good. He beat the two brothers, and even topped Mikey's high score.
"Lets do something else," Mikey said from the armchair, "Like, lets watch a movie."
"What do you want to watch?" Don asked Leo.
Leo thought for Splinter's favourite film, "... Freaky Friday?"
Mikey watched it with them. It was mind-numbingly dull. When the credits finally rolled, Raph changed the channel to a scary movie.

Leo opened his eyes. Raph and Don had their arms around him. Leo wiggled out of their reach and poked Mikey awake.
"I. Am. Done," Leo hissed.
"But you haven't kissed me yet," Mikey mumbled.
"These heels are killing me. This dress itches. I am NOT kissing you!"
Leo stormed off into his room. The other two turtles woke up. Mikey went over to them, "Venus left."
"Is she coming back soon?" Don asked him.
"Uh... yeah," Mikey beamed. He'd make her have the most tragic death ever.
That night, as Mikey lay on his bed, he thought to himself, 'I love being a turtle.'

Mikey trudged up the path, wearing a coat. He stared at the letter, curious to know what it said. His thoughts were interupted by Karai, who was standing at the gate of the Foot headquarters.
"Leo wants you to have this," Mikey handed it to her, "I haven't read it."
Karai took it and read it. She put a hand to her mouth, "I... I see..." Mikey peered at her. Karai looked excited. Mikey blinked, wondering if it was really her.
"Wait," Karai scribbled something on the back of the paper and gave it to him, "Give this to Leonardo."
"Yes mam!" Mikey returned home.

"Ooh," Leo read the reply, smiling. Mikey grinned, pleased Leo was smiling again.
"So, bro," Mikey elbowed him, "What's cheered you up?"
Leo grabbed Mikey's shoulders, "I'm in love, my brother!"
"With what?" Mikey knew the answer, but couldn't believe it. No... Please, he closed his eyes, don't say it...
"Don't tell the others," Leo murmured, "But me and Karai..."
Mikey backed away, "But... she's evil..."
"Mikey!"
"She is though! How can you love... love her?"
Leo frowned, "She isn't evil, Mikey."
"How long have you been..." Mikey paused.
"I think it developed over time. I've been having these feelings for her since... for ages," admitted Leo.
Mikey ran out of the room and jumped into his bed, feeling betrayed.

OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT WAS THE FUNNIEST PICTURE I EVER GOT IN MY MIND. I CANT BELIEVE YOU MADE LEO BE VENUS. i cant wait to see if Raph and Donni find out. (srry comp moved slow after i practicaly passed out on the floor.)

yeah but she has been attacking them for a while and she did stab leo so i can see where mikey's coming from

His older brother... going out with their worst enemy. Leo sees Karai as a friend (and girlfriend), but the others don't know her as well.

yeah, its getting kinda sad that they dont really expand their relationship.
