Description:

Mutation: Half Human Half Polar Bear.

Bald or not: He's not bald he's completely hairy, and the hair in the center of his chest is extra. I like to see male furry mutant animal's with extra fur on their chests.

Black square thing on the top of his head: It's a cropped mow hawk.

Ability's: Will be revealed when I finish my fan fic Smile

It's not perfect, but I think it looks good! :sunny:
